It’s not difficult to notice how rapid and abrupt the interviews after the Magic’s 99-85 victory were. The Orlando players and staff packed quickly and sped off to hop a plane for Charlotte as they take on the Bobcats Saturday night. You can spot the relief and overall satisfaction on the players’ faces for picking apart a hot Warriors side.
Arron Afflalo: “When we’re focused, we have a good chance of winning a game no matter who we play.”
Andrew Nicholson: “We’re just playing together and executing the game plan…going in with a good mindset.”
Maurice Harkless: “I was just playing defense and I always try to block shots. I got them today.”
