Game Preview: Houston Rockets @ Orlando Magic
After being blown out by the Sacramento Kings Wednesday, the Orlando Magic will try to right the ship when they host the Houston Rockets Friday night. The Magic dropped to 16-42 with the loss while the Rockets, who have lost their last two games (including a buzzer-beating loss to the Milwaukee Bucks at the hands of Monta Ellis Wednesday), enter with a record of 31-28.
Orlando ranks 26th in offensive rating (99.5), 26th in defensive rating (105.8) and play at the league’s 17th-fastest pace (93.95). The Rockets are sixth in offensive rating (106.7), 22nd in defensive rating (104.5) and play at the league’s fastest pace (98.94).
Tip-off from the the Amway Center is scheduled for 7:00 pm EST. The game will be shown locally on FS Florida.
