Game Preview: Indiana Pacers @ Orlando Magic
After a heartbreaking 97-96 loss to the Miami Heat, the Orlando Magic will get back to work Friday when they host the Indiana Pacers. The Pacers are coming off an 83-81 home loss to the Boston Celtics in which they blew a 14-point fourth quarter lead.
These two teams met back on January 16 and the Magic pulled off a 97-86 upset victory. Nikola Vucevic had 16 points and 14 rebounds to lead the Magic while Paul George led all scorers with 20 points.
The Magic rank 26th in offensive rating (99.8), 26th in defensive rating (106.4) and play at the league’s 17th-fastest pace (93.89). The Pacers are 20th in offensive rating (100.8), first in defensive rating (92.46) and play at the league’s fifth-slowest pace (93.09).
Tip-off from the Amway Center is scheduled for 7:00 pm EST and will be shown locally on FS Florida.
