Game Preview: Philadelphia 76ers @ Orlando Magic

After being blown out by the Indiana Pacers Friday night, the 17-46 Orlando Magic will host the Philadelphia 76ers Sunday evening. The 76ers have lost four straight games and 11 of their last 12 to fall to 23-38.

These two teams have met twice this season. Back on February 4 in Philadelphia, he 76ers came away with a 78-61 win behind 21 points and 14 rebounds from Spencer Hawes.  E’Twaun Moore had 18 points to lead the Magic. Then, on February 26, the Magic snapped their losing streak, beating the 76ers 98-84. Arron Afflalo and Tobias Harris each scored 16 points in the victory.

The Magic rank 25th in offensive rating (99.6), 26th in defensive rating (106.6) and play at the league’s 17th-fastest pace (93.93). The 76ers are 27th in offensive rating (98.5), 13th in defensive rating (102.7) and play at the ninth-slowest pace (93.15).

Tip-off from the Amway Center is scheduled for 6:00 pm EST and will be shown locally on FS Florida.

The officials for tonight’s game are Mike Callahan, Kevin Cutler and Courtney Kirkland.
