UCF’s Keith Clanton To Play For Orlando’s Summer League Team
Per Paul Tenorio of the Orlando Sentinel, former Central Florida forward Keith Clanton will play for the Orlando Magic in the Orlando Pro Summer League.
“I just want to compete and get a chance,” Clanton told the Sentinel before the draft.
As a senior, Clanton averaged 14.8 points, 8.5 rebounds, 2.0 blocks and 1.8 assists per game. He shot 52.6% from the field, 52.9% from beyond the arc (on just half an attempt per game) and 63.8% from the charity stripe.
Summer League gets underway July 7.
