Game Preview: Boston Celtics at Orlando Magic

The Orlando Magic lost for the 10th consecutive time Saturday when they were defeated by the Charlotte Bobcats 111-101. The Boston Celtics are coming off of a 107-104 loss to the Los Angeles Lakers.

The Magic are 10-30 while the Celtics are 14-27.

These two teams have met twice this season.

The Magic lost to the Celtics 91-89 on November 8. Former Magic power forward Brandon Bass had 16 points and seven rebounds. Arron Afflalo led the Magic with 23.

They met again in Boston on November 11 and the Celtics cruised to a 120-105 win. Avery Bradley scored 24 points while Afflalo led the Magic with 18.

The Magic rank 26th in offensive rating (98.2), 19th in defensive rating (104.2) and play at the league’s 16th-fastest pace (96.26). The Celtics are 24th in offensive rating (98.9) 16th in defensive rating (103.4) and play at the league’s 18th-fastest pace (95.98).

Tip-off from the Amway Center in Orlando, Florida is scheduled for 7:00 pm EST and will be shown locally on FS Florida.
