Game Preview: Orlando Magic at Miami Heat

The Orlando Magic snapped a 16-game road losing streak with a 101-90 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers Wednesday. The Heat were last in action Thursday when they blew out the New York Knicks 108-82.

The Magic are 18-42 while the Heat are 41-14.

These two teams have met three times this season. The Heat blew out the Magic 120-92 on November 20 in Orlando and narrowly defeated the Magic 101-99 three days later in Miami. They met again on January 4 and the Heat blew out the short-handed Magic 110-94.

The Magic rank 25th in offensive rating (99.2), 18th in defensive rating (104.4) and play at the league’s 18th-fastest pace (96.00). The Heat are first in offensive rating (109.9) 23rd in defensive rating (102.5) and play at the league’s 19th-fastest pace (94.40).

Tip-off from the American Airlines Arena in Miami, Florida is scheduled for 7:30 pm EST and will be shown locally on FS Florida.
