Game Preview: Orlando Magic at Utah Jazz

The Orlando Magic were defeated by the Phoenix Suns 109-93 on Wednesday night. The Utah Jazz were also last in action when they were defeated by the Memphis Grizzlies 96-86.

These two teams met in Orlando on December 18. Trey Burke had 30 points, eight assists and seven rebounds to lead the Jazz to an 86-82 victory.

The Magic are now 19-50 while the Jazz are 22-47.

The Magic rank 27th in offensive rating (99.2), 19th in defensive rating (104.8) and play at the league’s 16th-fastest pace (96.25). The Jazz are 24th in offensive rating (100.2) last in defensive rating (108.4) and play at the league’s 27th-fastest pace (93.67).


Tip-off from the Energy Solutions Arena in Salt Lake City, Utah is scheduled for 9:00 pm EST and will be shown locally on FS Florida. As always, if you can’t watch the game, you can listen on the radio – in English on AM 580 WDBO and FM 96.5 and in Spanish on AM 1270 WRLZ.

The officials for tonight’s game are Bennett Salvatore, JT Orr and Leon Wood.
