After the news broke that former Kansas Jayhawks’ center Joel Embiid suffered a stress fracture in his right foot that he had surgery on Friday, the Philadelphia 76ers and Utah Jazz are trying to make a move up in the draft to get the number one overall pick from the Cleveland Cavaliers or the number two overall pick from the Milwaukee Bucks.

According to Chad Ford of ESPN.com, the Magic have done the same.

The Magic know that former Kansas Jayhawks’ forward Andrew Wiggins, former Duke Blue Devils’ forward Jabari Parker and Australian point guard Dante Exum will likely be the top three picks and the Magic wanted to land one of those players.

If they don’t make a deal, they’ll like select either former Indiana Hoosiers’ big man Noah Vonleh or former Oklahoma State Cowboys’ point guard Marcus Smart.
