Ever since Jameer Nelson and Arron Afflalo have departed Orlando, it’s been assumed that the Magic are now Victor Oladipo‘s franchise to lead to future glory on the court. Well the 22-year-old is certainly proving it off the parquet floor as well as Vic hosted his very first Orlando Magic Youth Camp on Saturday at the RDV Sportsplex.

Oladipo taught skills and drills for a 3-hour morning session with kids ages 7-11, then an afternoon session with children ages 12-17. Those attending received a reversible Orlando Magic jersey, an autographed item and team photo with Vic, as well as two lower level tickets to a 2014-2015 Magic game.

The Magic will host over 20 basketball camps this summer designed for boys and girls of all skill levels ages 7-16 in Central Florida. Registration is open and limited space is still available for select sessions. To register click here.

On top of that, VICE Sports has released Part 1 of their 4-part series on Oladipo.

This series is going to be a pleasure to watch. Part 1 focuses on Victor returning home to Maryland where he spends time with family and friends. He also shares a really cool Magic Johnson story from when the Indiana Hoosiers played against Michigan State.
